Gathered in the Local Harbor. The steambarge I. N. Foster and barge Oak Leaf were this week loaded with hay, which was transported to Chicago. The two boats had on about 700 tons. The rate on this freight is $2. The Foster and consort have caught up with the quarry output and this trip is being made to fill in.
