Around the Docks and Bay. The steamer Harriet A. Hart was on Monday morning docked at the shipyard for the purpose of having a new Sheriff wheel put on, having broken the old one some time previous. The accident happened when the craft was half way across Green bay, the propeller striking a "deadhead" or floating log.
