Gathered in the Local Harbor. The government dredge finished the week at the canal Tuesday and early the next morning the outfit cleared for Manistique, Mich., where it will be employed for a month or so. The tug Manitowoc, Capt. Alexander, arrived in port Tuesday evening to assist the tug Industry, Capt. John Peterson, in towing the outfit.
