Rand & Burger, Manitowoc, will immediately begin the building of a tug for Geo. Pankratz, of that city. She will be 80 feet long, 18 feet beam, and 9 feet hold, and is to cost about $17,000. The tug is intended for towing logs from Peshtigo via the Sturgeon Bay canal in place of the Margaret, which performed that service the past season.
