Fish Creek. Working on Hill brothers' new tug is progressing at a lively rate, about one-half of the outside planking being finished at this writing. Wallace Hill, an old and experienced boat and ship-builder, is superintending the construction. The engine and boiler will probably be purchased from outside and are to be entirely new, it is reported.
