Capt. Chas. Gnewuch, of Manistee, is superintending the reconstruction of the steambarge Edward Buckley, of which he is owner and master. The craft is to have some new decks, deck frames, bulwarks planking and such other repairs as is necessary, as well as a thorough recalking.
