The tug Smith towed the steambarge Edw. Buckley to this port form Marinette Sunday, and the craft will winter at the Smith dock. The Buckley was not in commission this season, and will need a new boiler before again going into commission. The craft is for sale, and if sold the necessary repairs and fitting out will be done at this port.
