Purchased the Buckley
The steamer Edw. Buckley, owned by the National Transit Co. of Marinette, and which wintered at the Smith Dock Company’s yard in this city, was sold Monday to C. E. Milliard, John Garrach and John Hochness of Sarnia, Canada. The boat will be placed in the lumber trade. Work of fitting out the Buckley is now in progress and is expected to clear next week.
The Buckley is 154 feet long, 32 feet beam, and was built in 1891.
