p.3 gale on River St. Lawrence, great damage on Lake St. Peter to log rafts, many drowned, Steam Boat Waterloo saves 11 men.

The Niagara, Capt. Mosier, was towed to Prescott by the Toronto on Sunday last, for the purpose of receiving her Machinery - She will be completed in about three weeks.
