p.3 List of Bills given assent on 25th ult. - #11 - an act to enable Wm. Chisholm to erect a harbour at the 16 mile Creek, in Trafalgar.

#12 - An Act providing for the erection of a Light House on the False Ducks - £1000 are appropriated for that purpose.

#17 - An Act for settling the differences between the Contractor and the Burlington Canal Commissioners.

The Steam Boat Niagara, Captain John Mosier, arrived from Prescott on Sunday morning, and yesterday proceeded on her voyage to York. Yesterday also, a Schooner arrived from (we believe) Burlington Bay, laden with Flour, etc. for Prescott.
