Frances Smith will commence making daily trips between Owen Sound and Collingwood

We understand the formal celebrations, as the opening of the Railway for traffic will take place on Saturday 23 inst. Etc…

The Frances Smith came in yesterday morning with a cargo of freight. She will sail regularly from this port until the close of navigation between Owen Sound and Collingwood calling here and carrying freight and passengers as usual. We are glad to see the Frances Smith on her old route again even if it is for a short time.
