-The verdict of the jury in the case of the Ocean Wave appears to be perfectly correct, and we have only to suggest the immediate passage of an act to compel all vessels to carry screens over their chimneys to prevent the danger to which they are liable by sparks. The safety of travellers appears to depend upon the action of the Legislature. [Toronto Globe]
