p.2 Navigation Not Yet Closed - Yesterday morning, the freight steamer Britannia came down from Hamilton with a full load of flour, and proceeded to Ogdensburgh to discharge. She is expected to load merchandize at that port for the head of the lake, to leave tonight, but the severity of the weather may prevent her..
