Owen Sound and Collingwood

As we intimated last week the Canadian has left this route for the rest of the season but we are happy to announce to our readers that we are not left entirely at the mercy of gravel roads in consequence. The steamer Ploughboy came up from Collingwood last night and left here for that place this morning intending to return again this (Thursday) evening. She will go down tomorrow and call again on Saturday on her way up to the Sault. She will probably run back and forth on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays as long as navigation keeps open. Next week we will be prepared to say more particularly what the arrangements will be.
