p.2 Burning of the Steamer Queen City - at Queen's Wharf, Toronto; steamers Chief Justice and Welland in danger as well as Peerless, Mayflower and some schooners; owned by Mr. M.W. Browne, of Hamilton; worth about £4000; built at Oswego about 13 years ago and known as Lady of the Lake.
