NAVIGATION - Notwithstanding the great quantity of loose ice in the Owen Sound bay waiting a south wind to raft it to parts unknown the Clifton is again on her regular trips to Collingwood... Last night also the Ploughboy made her first appearance for the season at our Basin en route for Sault Ste Marie heavily laden with freight and passengers.
