The steamboat CITY OF THE BAY. Length 165 feet. Breadth of hull 26 feet. Propelled by a powerful Low-Pressure Beam Engine. Cylinder 40 inches diameter; Stroke 10 1/2 feet; Pressure of steam 45 lbs. to the square inch.
Is provided with Main Deck Saloon, Ladies' and Gentlemens' Cabins, and all the Offices, Furniture and Appliances usually appertaining to a Passenger Boat.
By Improvements lately made in her Machinery, she is now guaranteed to be one of the swiftest Boats on these Waters.
