p.3 To Steamboat Proprietors and Others - For Sale or Charter, the well known steamer May Flower, Now Lying at this Port and ready for immediate possession. The Steamer is in first rate order, and capable of carrying 200 Tons in addition to her full compliment of Passengers.

The May Flower will be delivered ready for sea on the 16th April, or sooner if required.
