p.2 The ship Eliza Mary, Capt. Gaskin, has arrived at Quebec from Antwerp, with 90 passengers and a miscellaneous cargo. This ship was built at the Marine Railway in Kingston.

-Welland Canal - to be opened on 13th; the ships caught in ice at Port Colborne are free.
