p.2 Weller's Bay - the channel between Weller's Bay and the lake has increased to fully 1/2 mile in width, 12-14 feet deep; only 3 years ago it was an inland lake.

p.3 Forwarding Stock for Sale - belonging to Estate of Hooker, Jacques & Co. -steamers Wellington, Avon, Alps, Ottawa, England, Hibernia, Prescott and St. Lawrence.

Barges - Elk, Oak, Emu, Amo, Jura, Liverpool, Billow, Osceola and Foam.
