THE CHICORA - The Enterprise pays this steamer a left handed compliment in a local notice. It says, in speaking of the "improvements" going on that a number of painters are actively engaged to amending, or disfiguring her appearance as the case may be. The work has not yet advanced far enough to enable any one to judge whether the proposed changes will be an improvement or otherwise. The Chicora is a splendid boat; and it would be a pity that any want of taste or judgment should spoil her appearance.
