p.2 A Suspected Incendiary Caught - steamer Forest City was insured for $5000 by Mr. W. Rowland, agent for Equitable Company a few days previous to being fired; the boat was nominally owned by Mr. Phipps, who, it is said, had mortgaged it to Mr. Morton, of Kingston. [London Free Press 16th]
