COLLINGWOOD OCT. 31 - The steamer Manitoba arrived from Fort William about one o'clock this morning. The captain says they brought down 40 passengers and 500 packages of fish, and made the trip in 60 hours from Collingwood to Fort William calling at way ports, beating the Chicora's time by 5 hours. The Manitoba leaves for Fort William to-morrow after the arrival of the night train.
