-Opening of Navigation at Hamilton - the ice is gone.

-Navigation Open - Marco Polo arrived at Charlotte from Toronto; John Wesley sailed for Toronto. [Rochester Union 16th]

-Opening of Navigation - Welland Canal to be open by April 1st.
