p.2 American Marine Insurance Companies - Joseph Boyle, agent for Aetna Ins. Co. of Hartford, refers to the steamer Boston, "the premium for which Policy of Insurance is not yet paid." She was insured against total loss only.

-A Port Dalhousie Vessel for Europe Direct - Messrs. Muir to launch Niagara of Montreal, 143' x 26'2" x 14, 500 tons, copper fastenings and iron knees, to sail for London; Muirs also intend sending the Alexander to Glasgow. [St. Catherines Journal]
