-Ottawa Route - steamboats of mail line all overhauled; Lady Simpson to be replaced by a new boat, the Prince of Wales. [Montreal Gazette]

-The Rescue - to leave for the Sault in command of Capt. James Dick.

-For the Atlantic - sch. Valeria, Capt. Nickerson, left Cleveland on 24th for Boston.
