-City Council - Report on Wharves etc., introduced by Mr. Draper, recommending that the Harbor-Master be instructed to take the necessary steps for the removal of the steamer Highlander from the slip at the foot of William St.

-vessels discharging at Great Western Elevator at Sarnia, other vessels clearing from Chicago for Sarnia. [Observer]

-For Boston - Twin Sister & Twin Brother clear, one for Boston and one for Salem, with black walnut. [Toledo Blade]
