-barge Experiment, of Quebec, from Kingston, struck in Lachine Canal and sank.

-steamer Ruby brings in body from wreck of prop. Mohawk.

-tug Oswego, towing 2 vessels, aground near Algonac. [Detroit Advert.15th]

-Lake & Ocean Direct Trade - brig John H. Harmon, from Boston to Chicago, aground and condemned. [Cleveland Herald]

-Canal Navigation - business is good. [Oswego Times]

-Imports - 17,19.
