p.2 Steamer For Lake Simcoe - Captain May, of the steamer Morning, has laid down the keel of a new steamer on Lake Simcoe. Mr. Hugh Chisholm will build the hull; Mr. John Gartshore will supply the engines. The length of the vessel will be about 140 feet. She is intended to trade in connection with the Northern Road on Lake Simcoe. [Globe]
