-Ashore on Skilagalee Reef - sch. Ellen Williams ashore near Mackinac, has cargo of 20,000 bushels of corn. [Buffalo Express]

-Collision - tug J.D. Morton towing schooners Persian and Myrtle over Flats, one grounded and collision resulted - no lights.

-The Steamer Peerless - now at N.Y.; history of ownership, etc. [N.Y. Com. Ad.]
