p.2 The Weather - "The ice in the harbor has taken over to Wolfe Island, and there is a promise of the Ice Bridge being speedily formed."

-An Unprecedented Fact in Navigation - on 15th 6 props, 2 steamers, 1 brig and 6 schooners arrived; 4 props and 1 brig were from Ogdensburgh. [Milwaukie Sentinel Dec. 17]
