p.3 K.C. & M. - sch. W.H. Merritt dismasted on Lake Huron.

-Quick Passage - That well-known craft the Sloop Messenger, arrived from Oswego yesterday, in not quite 5 hours time.

-Imports - 24,25.

-Steamer Bay of Quinte - change of schedule.

-Picked Up On The Shore - barrels of lard, etc.; probably from Carrier Dove. [Oswego Times]

-Shipwreck On Lake Ontario - barque Storm King of Toronto capsized off Wilson, Niagara County. [ibid]

-Ashore - sch. S.A. Douglas ashore at Manitowoc, Lake Michigan. [ibid]
