NAVIGATION - The str. Cumberland has gone into winter quarters. The Francis Smith is expected every hour from the upper lakes, and will be laid up at Owen Sound. The Seymour makes one more trip and the Spray two. The Waubuno and McKerral will run as long as they can-wind and weather permitting.
