ARRANGEMENTS - for the summer trade on the lakes have not yet been quite completed. The Lake Superior Line has been formed and will consist of the three fine steamers Cumberland, Francis Smith, and City of Owen Sound. The last named vessel has been fitted up as a passenger boat, and will be equal in accommodation to any of the Lake Superior boats. These steamers will leave Collingwood every Tuesday and Friday, and will run through to Duluth. The str. Chicorawill probably be taken to lake Ontario, where she will run in connection with the Canada Southern Railway. This is not yet decided however as negotiations have not been completed. The strs, Waubuno, Northern Belle, Seymour, Georgian, and M. Kerrall will run on the Georgian Bay, but the routes have not yet been determined. The Silver Spray will probably not go on the bay this summer. The number of tugs in these waters is likely to be quite as large as last year.
