p.3 K.C. & M. - pleasure steam yacht Fairy purchased by Mr. Davis and taken to Quebec as a ferry and pleasure boat.

-Cattle Trade - steamers Bay of Quinte, Pierrepont and Gazelle carrying cattle for U.S. market.

-new steamer to be launched at Port Dalhousie. [St. Catherines Journal]

-Gale on the Lakes - sch. Major Anderson ashore, prop Barbour ashore near Camp Douglas, sch. Bates ashore, sch. Storm wrecked off Evanston.

-Imports - 18,19.
