COLLINGWOOD

The tug Collingwood owned by S. C. Kennedy & Co of Toronto was totally destroyed by fire on the evening of the 19th five miles out from Byng Inlet light. The origin of the fire is a mystery. The crew were with difficulty saved as within five minutes after the alarm was given the boat was one sheet of flame from stem to stern.
