CAPT. CAMPBELL - of the Northern Queen is deserving of a medal or two. The other evening in Collingwood he saved from drowning a passenger an old gentleman named Griffiths who had fallen off the dock into the water. This is the third time that the gallant officer has been the means of saving life at the risk of his own. Give Captain Campbell a cheer.
