-Line of Propellers - Messrs. J. McLennan & Co. of Montreal have established a weekly line between Chicago and Montreal with propellers Bristol, Brockville, East and North.

-Seizure of the Georgian - at Collingwood by Collector of Customs.

-Rafting Operations at Toronto - 150 men at work.

-Navigation Open at Sarnia - Forester, Reindeer and Forest Queen running. [Observer]
