-Schooners Ashore - Billow and B.F. Davy ashore at Bath; str. Hercules gets Billow off but broke a rope cable 22'' in circumference while trying to get Davy off. [Standard]

-The Ottawa Line - start regular trips; str. Prince of Wales leaves Lachine every morning.
