-For Liverpool - sch. Saranac with 450 tons copper ore.

-Collisions In the Harbor - str. Oak, a Rideau Canal tow boat, struck by sch. Ann Jane Marsh while she was being towed through draw of the Cataraqui Bridge; sch. Hastings struck str. Banshee.

-Vessels Passed Down Welland Canal - May 18.

-Launch - of Knight Templar at Oswego by George Goble.

-The Algoma - returned from Fort William to Collingwood.
