p.2 City Council - petition read about removal of anchor and chain from one of the old barges.

-Those Rotten Old Barges - anchor and chain was from old steamer Highlander which should not have been beached there by owners.

-Light-House Supplies - tenders called for sperm oil and for a steam vessel to deliver supplies to lighthouses.

p.3 Police Court - Capt. J. Gaskin assaulted man who he thought kicked at his door.
