The people of Collingwood with most commendable generosity are doing all in their power to help the widows and orphans left destitute by the loss of the Waubuno.

PARRY SOUND

A meeting of merchants and others who have been losers by the wreck of the Waubuno have been suggested the object being to take steps against the owners of the boat to recover the losses, should it be decided that there is reasonable ground for action.

Collingwood - papers last week acknowledges the receipt of $290 towards the Waubuno relief fund.
