p.2 Emigrants - R.M. steamer Kingston arrived from Montreal with 300 Norwegian emigrants.

-The Gunboat Watertown - returned from Bay of Quinte with 2 guns and detachment of Royal Artillery and Garden Island Infantry Co.

-Court of Chancery - Berry vs The Columbian Insurance Co. - over damage to ship Humberstone at Cuba.

-Arrival of Gunboat Hercules at Prescott - to patrol river to Kingston; str. Canada, Capt. Heron, to be stationed further west.
