-Accidents By the Late Gale - sch. Three Friends and unknown barque ashore at Fairport; sch. Harriet Rose on rocks at Eagle Harbor, Lake Superior; prop. Cuyahoga in collision and sunk at Port Huron; barque Q.J. Winslow collided with sch. Minnie Williams at Aux Point, Lake Erie; bark Sunnyside and sch. R.I. Gibbs lost most of canvas; sch. J.M. Lee went ashore near Buffalo harbor; brig S.C. Walbridge ashore 16 miles from Cleveland; schooners Snowbird and Dorion ashore near Euclid, Ohio; sch. Jennie P. King capsized off Long Point Cut, Lake Erie. [Buffalo Express]
