The ice on the harbour cleared off on Tuesday night. The Bella Taylor waiting the first opportunity to make Owen Sound, put out about 11 o'clock a.m. but on proceeding as far as the Gin Rock lighthouse had to return there being too much ice to get out to Georgian Bay...The Taylor went out again yesterday morning and has not returned.
