NAVIGATION NOTES - The Manitoulin down on Thursday, up Sunday, Emerald down Monday morning, City of Winnipeg arrived bound for Duluth Monday evening. She had over a hundred tons, and a full load of passengers. Prince Alfred and Wiarton Belle daily. The tug Mary Ann was in Dry Dock for repairs left Sunday.
