- at Hamilton steamer Osprey was overhauled and repainted; ice not gone. [Times]

- at Sarnia lst boat arrived but still ice in river.

- at Coburg Corinthian was entirely refitted and is running to Charlotte; Rochester being repaired; many (named) sail vessels moving. [Coburg Sentinel]
