Accident To the Kingston - The Inland Steam Navigation Company's steamer Kingston which was due here on Thursday afternoon, struck a rock in the Gallops Rapids, near Edwardsburgh, owing to the low state of the water, on her passage up that morning. It was found that a small hole had been knocked in her forecastle compartment. The single pump on board was quite able to carry off the leakage, but she was run aground in a bay a mile below Edwardsburgh at the same spot where the Magnet lay after her accident about a month since. A portion of her passengers came up yesterday morning by train, and the steamer Graecian, which arrived here yesterday evening, called this morning, and took the rest off, with the baggage and some of the freight. Two extra hand pumps were sent down to the Kingston yesterday, to be used, if necessary, in keeping her afloat while she is taken down to Montreal today to be repaired in dry dock.

-tug Fulton partially burnt at Oswego.

-Schooner Brooklyn - found dismasted near Manitous on Lake Michigan by prop. Wenona.

-Dry Dock for Welland - stock subscribed by inhabitants.
