p.2 Tenders - called for repairing government boats at Kingston known as Ferry Boats, Cedar Island Boat, Shoal Tower Boat and Dockyard Boat; also tenders called to build a new boat, to repair Boat #6 at Howe Island, Boat #7 at Wolfe Island, Boat #8 at Wolfe Island, Boat #9 at Wolfe Island.

-Hamilton Naval Brigade, Capt. Harbottle, to do duty on one of the gunboats in spring; all Provincial gunboats to be manned by volunteers.
