p.2 Marine News - sch. Annie Falconer loading at Ruddles wharf for Toronto; barque British Lion launched from Marine Railway; Welland Canal to open on 15th; a new tug T.R. Secord launched for use on canal - 50 x 12; still some ice at Toronto but Rothesay Castle left on Saturday; schs. Royal Oak and George Goble arrived at Oswego; difficulties at Chicago between shippers and vessel owners concerning responsibility for deficiency.
